| 摘 要： | 文章分析了农林高等学校科技成果转化的制约因素，以北京林业大学为例，针对农林高校科技成果转化率低、科技成果转化过程特殊、转化推广体制薄弱等问题，提出了建立引入经营机构、规范转化行为、打造转化推广队伍的成果转化模式，建议以实践基地为平台，辐射推广科技成果转化成果，同事加强产学研合作，开展实用技术研究，促进科技成果转化。

| Abstract: | In this paper, the author analyzes the main restricting factors in process of scientific and technological achievement＇s transformation in agroforestry universities which includes lower technology transformation ratio, special process and weak system. Taking the case of Beijing Forestry University, the author proposes that the agroforestry universities should adopt some countermeasures, such as introducing operating agency, regulating the action, training the groups of transformation and so on. The technology transformation ratio would he increased through constructing the platform of transformation and reinforcing the cooperation between research and application. |
