| Abstract: | Improving the capability for independent innovation and building innovation-oriented country are the core of national development strategies and the key of improving comprehensive national strength. From illustrating the connotation of independent innovation in China, the main reasons for lacking of capacity for independent innovation are analyzed, and put forward the main path of enhancing independent innovation capability. |
