| Abstract: | Analyses the causes of project bidding risk in colleges and universities from the bidding constitution, the tender requirements, bidding operation and professional ethics and incorrupt government. And also discusses how to straightening out the bidding operation mode, perfect the tendering requirements, regulate the behavior of the bidding parties;attaches great importance to the risk transfer mechanism and the cultivation of clean government, then put forward the effective risk prevention and control measures. |
