空调风机内部复杂旋涡流动现象研究

摘    要:为了解不同空调风机的内流机制,采用数值分析和PIV实验研究相结合的方法对空调用贯流风机和轴流风机内部复杂的旋涡流动现象进行了研究。结果表明:空调壁挂机用贯流风机内部偏心涡沿轴向具有明显的三维分布特性,偏心涡径向位置沿轴向几乎没有变化,其周向位置沿轴向不断改变。贯流风机偏心涡卷吸区域随负载提高而增强。高负载时,偏心涡更加靠近叶轮中心和蜗壳方向。空调室外机用开式斜流风轮的叶尖涡产生于距叶片前缘1/4区域,靠近吸力面。叶尖涡随风轮转速的提高而增强,并沿着与风轮旋向相反的方向朝下游发展。

Research on the Complex Vortical Flow Phenomenon of the Air Conditioner Fan

Abstract:For the purpose of understanding the internal flow mechanism of the different air-conditioner fans,the complex vortical flow phenomena of the cross-flow fan and diagonal fan were studied by numerical analysis and PIV experiment research.The results showed that the distribution position of the eccentric vortex of the cross flow fan,which was used in the indoor unit of the wall mounted split typed air conditioner,had three dimensional characteristic along the axial direction.The circumferential position of the eccentric vortex varied along the axial direction,while the radial position of the eccentric vortex had few variations along the axial direction in the researched straight cross flow impeller.The rolling region of the eccentric vortex enlarged with the increasing of the background pressure.The eccentric vortex located nearer to the center of the impeller and the casing wall at high pressure load.The tip vortex of the diagonal flow fan was generated near the axial position of 25% chord length of the blade tip,and it was near the blade's suction surface.The intensity and the rolling region of the tip vortex increased with the enhancement of the rotational speed of the rotor.The tip vortex moved toward the adjacent blade's pressure surface in the blade's flow passage along the reverse rotational direction of the fan.
