| 摘 要： | 本文通过对高校图书馆核心竞争力的理论简述，分析了高校图书馆核心竞争力的特点及构成要素，最后提出了提升高校图书馆核心竞争力的途径，即：加强人力资源建设，进行特色资源建设，努力提高整体服务水平和营造良好的高校图书馆文化。
