| 摘 要： | 在网络层面上发生的信息战已成为继海、陆、空、天、电之后的“第六维空间”战，并已逐渐形成一种战争理论体系——网络信息战。随着各国逐步进入网络化，都面临着网络信息技术人才短缺的问题，各国对人才的争夺也就更趋于自热化，人才将成为未来第六维战场的主宰。谁能主宰这战场，谁将会掌握未来战争的主动权。
