| 摘 要： | 解决好人民最关心、最直接、最现实的利益问题，是社会管理创新的根本目的。笔者通过调研，充分把握了湖州城乡居民最关注的现实问题，分析了城乡居民社会失衡心态较普遍、社会焦虑情绪较突出、公共领域信任感较低等现实困境的成因，提出了解决群众关注的现实问题和消解社会心态困境的政策建议。
