我国速度滑冰后备人才培养现状及与世界强国的对比分析

摘    要:运用文献资料调研、访谈、逻辑分析、比较分析及数理统计等方法对我国速度滑冰后备人才现状进行调查,并通过对目前我国速度滑冰后备人才培养现状存在的问题和不足,提出今后发展的对策和建议.研究结论:青少年速度滑冰运动员主要集中在黑龙江、吉林及辽宁几个地区,每年注册的人数逐渐增加,表现出好的趋势.青少年速度滑冰比赛参赛队伍在2001-2005赛季一直保持28支队伍以内,在2006赛季突破为32支,参赛人数表现出逐年上升的趋势,在2004-2005赛季达到最高.我国青少年比赛在比赛形式、次数和参赛人数上与冰上强国存在差距.从我国运动员在世界青少年比赛中的成绩和名次现状可以看出3个方面问题:女子比男子成绩好;短距离比长距离成绩好;成绩逐年提高但是名次不变或是下降.

Abstract:Through using the method of literature review, interview, logical analysis, compara-tive analysis and mathematical statistics, this paper makes investigation on present situation of our speed skating reserved talents and put forwards the countermeasures and suggestions of fu-ture development based on existing problems and shortcoming. The result shows that 1) Speed skating teenagers mainly concentrate in a few provinces of Heilongjiang, Jilin and Liaoning, and the registered numbers are increasing gradually with good trend. 2) The teams of speed skating teenagers have been keep 28s during 2001-2005 seasons,and break to 32s in 2006 season. The competition numbers show the up-trend year by year, and reach the top numbers in 2004-2005 seasons. 3) China junior competitions are different with skating powers in compe-tition forms, times and participation. 4) The results and ranks of China reserved talents in world junior championship show three problems:The females' performances are better than males; sprint events are better than long distances;the ranks are decreasing year by year.
