| 摘 要： | 郴州旅游资源丰富而有特色,但旅游景点比较分散、景观单一,严重制约了郴州旅游业的进一步发展,要解决这一问题,就必须走共生之路,而在郴州推进旅游与农业共生发展是可行的。科学论证,统筹规划;精选项目,突出特色;创新机制,科学运营;重视教育,培养人才;开辟多元投融资渠道,建立旅游与农业共生发展基金;突破制约发展的瓶颈,大力发展交通等,是"农游"共生发展的实现方式与途径。

| Abstract: | The tourism resources in Chenzhou is rich and full of local characteristics but are scattered widely in different regions with monotonous scenery in a certain place, which, to a certain extent, has seriously affected the development of tourism in Chenzhou. To solve this problem, we should make efforts to co-develop both tourism and agriculture. To achieve this goal of co-developing tourism and agriculture, scientific demonstration, whole planning, project selecting, should be made with the expectation of making innovative and characteristic tourism and agriculture. Meanwhile, we should establish innovative mechanism and scientific management, and should give enough attention to education and the cultivation of people of ability. In addition, it is also of vital importance to explore multi-element capital-inviting channels, to construct tourism development fund, to make breakthrough of the limitation bottle-neck, and to develop transportation with great force. Only in this way can we realize the ideal of co-developing tourism and agriculture. |
