| Abstract: | With the rapid development of market economy system, the admission to the WTO, the reformation of national organizations and transformation of governmental functions, the paper, based on studies on international and domestic practices, conducts a preliminary research on the necessity of comprehensive enforcement of traffic administration, and points it out as a general trend for development. |
