| 摘 要： | 随着社会的发展，教育的作用日益突出。目前大多数国家在为社会提供教育服务方面政府投资都起着主导作用，因为教育对各国的竞争力将起决定性的作用，而教育的发展离不开政府的财力支持。相比而言，我国的财政投资严重不足，且教育支出中投资结构不合理。因此树立教育投资理念，切实、稳定地增长财政的教育投资，优化投资结构已是当务之急。

| Abstract: | With the development of the society , education becomes increasingly important. As education plays the decisive role in a country' competitive ability, and the education development needs finacial support in turn , now in most centuries,the government investment accounts for most in offering education service . By comparison ,our country's finance investment configuration of education structure is unreasonable. Therefore, we shall attach importance to education investment and add investment scale ,to perfect the investment structure is urging. |
