| 摘 要： | 为了解决社会对法律高层次应用型、复合型人才的需求,我国在借鉴美国J.D制度的基础上,创立了法律硕士教育。经过多年发展,法律硕士（非法学）取得了长足进步。2009年我国建立了全新的法律硕士（法学）教育类型,我国法律硕士教育开始走向法律硕士（非法学）、法律硕士（法学）并列的时代。但是由于法律硕士（法学）出现时间晚,人们对它的认识有限,从而导致实践中出现了诸多问题,因而需要从课程设置、师资结构、育人模式等多方面予以完善,从而保障法律硕士（法学）的人才培养质量。
