| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨急性脑损伤患者血清乳酸脱氢酶变化的临床意义.方法:AbbottAeroset(2000)全自动生化分析仪测定乳酸脱氢酶(LDH).结果:2组病人在急性脑损伤后LDH明显高于对照组(P＜0.01),组间比较差异不明显(P＞0.05).结论:测定血清乳酸脱氢酶可在一定程度上反应脑损伤的程度,对预后和治疗有一定的指导意义.

| Abstract: | Objective: To study the clinical significance of serum LDH determination in acute cerebrovascular disease . Methods: Serum LDH was measured by auto-biochemisty analyzer . Results: The level of serum LDH in two groups patients was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.01) ,but the difference between the two groups patients was not remarkable (P>0.05). Conclusions: The level of serum LDH can represent the degree of brain damage in acute cerebrovascular disease . Determination of serum LDH can give instruction treatment and prognosis of acute cerebrovascular disease. |
