教师的教学理解与提升

摘    要:教学是师生基于文本和多元活动,建立意义场域的过程。以意义阐释和创生为指向的教学内蕴着意义的理解。教学理解是教师在坚守"创生"和"人本"的立场下看待教学意义的思维方式。教师的教学理解包括对课程文本、学生和自身的理解。为了提升教师的教学理解,应采取优化教学思维、增加理解力等策略。

Abstract:Teaching is the process of establishing significance field on the basis of text and diversified activities.Oriented to interpretation and creation,teaching is intrinsic in significance understanding.Teaching understanding is the thinking ways of how to look at teaching,which are specifically included in creation and students based.To enhance teachers' teaching understanding,we should make efforts to optimize teachers' thinking and to increase understanding.
