| Abstract: | Tradition says that the principle of operation of lightning rod is point discharge. However, this traditional saying turned out inexact. Basic theorising regarding the essence of the principle of operation of lightning rod is discussed according to demonstrative experiments and an analysis of its fact on objective reality as well. |
