| 摘 要： | 采用文献资料、问卷调查、专家访谈等研究方法,对福建省竞技游后备人才培养现状进行了较为深入的调查分折。发现其存在的问题,提出逐步转变政府职能,加快游泳场馆、训练器材设施建设,拓宽教练员人才的培养口径,打破传统训练体系的理念和机制,适当地增加各级比赛的次数,促进训练水平的提高。

| Abstract: | By means of literature,questionnaire,expert interviews and other research methods,on Fujian Province of competitive swimming reserve personnel training present situation has carried on the thorough investigation and analysis.Found that the existence of the problem,presented with progressive change government function,accelerate the swimming venue,training equipment and facilities construction,widen the coaches training caliber,breaking the traditional training system concept and mechanism,appropriately increase the levels of race times,promote the level of training to improve. |
