| 摘 要： | 采用文献资料、问卷调查、数据统计等方法，时山东省高校离退休教师体育锻炼情况进行了调查研究。同时时影响山东省高校离退体教师参加体育锻炼的因素进行综合分析。针时这些因素提出相应的建议和时策，以期为体育主管部门制定全民健身计划提供依据，为离退休教师的体育锻炼进行科学规范的指导。

| Abstract: | Appling the methods of documentary, investigation and statistics, we not only investigates the president situatin of the retired teachers' physical training in Shandong province, but also analyze the influence factors of their training; and then puts forward some countermeasures for the sports administration to be references of establishing the trainining plan, and to conduct the retired teachers to do exercises scientifically. |
