| 摘 要： | 目前高职生社会适应力不太令学校、社会满意的状况是有其直接原因和深层原因的。学生综合素质不高、专业知识技术不够、严峻的就业形势、高职院校与人才需求市场结合不够以及应试教育的不良影响是直接原因。其深层原因主要表现在四个方面：功利时代的速效性与知识掌握的长久性之矛盾、教育体制的滞后性与社会发展的超前性之矛盾、重“学”轻“术”传统思想的桎梏及弱势群体在二元结构中的艰难突围。

| Abstract: | At present,the community and college are not satisfied with high vocational college students＇ social adaptability.There are direct and underlying causes for this situation. The overall quality of students is not high enough technical expertise,the severe employment situation, vocational institutions and talent combined with lack of market demand,as well as the examination- oriented education is the direct cause of adverse effects.The main underlying reasons in four aspects：the conflict of Era utilitarian and obtaining knowledge slowly of the nature,the education system and social development lags behind the advanced nature of the conflict,re-＂learning＂ light ＂technique＂ of the shackles of traditional thinking And vulnerable groups in the dual structure of hard to break. |
