| 摘 要： | 在现代英语教学过程中,中小学英语教师的科研素质对英语教学具有非常重要的作用,但是由于学校经费短缺,教师自身对科研认识不够充分等原因,中小学教师的科研素质还存在很多问题,为此我们必须分析现状,提高认识,采取有效措施,引导中小学英语教师进一步提高科研水平,使中小学英语教师更加适应新形式的教学模式,培养出更多的优秀学生。

| Abstract: | The academic research ability of English teachers plays an important role in the modern English teaching at elementary and middle schools. Due to a shortage of schools' fund and unawareness of the importance of academic research, English teachers at elementary and middle schools are still weak in academic research. More training courses must be offered to them so as to help them improve their academic research ability, practice the new teaching approaches and cultivate more qualified students. |
