| 摘 要： | 二十世纪六十年代以来,韩国经济发展引人注目。本文在阐述韩国中小企业发展历程、韩国中小企业的技术创新现状与技术创新政策的基础上,分析在韩国中小企业技术创新政策中的问题,建议政策措施,意在为发展中国家制订中小企业技术创新政策提供借鉴。

| Abstract: | Since 1960s, Korean economy developed rapidly with more and more attentions. Based on the statement of the development of the medium and small enterprises in Korea, this paper discussed the outline and the policies for the technological innovation of the medium and small enterprises in Korea, analyzed the problems in the policies and gave some advice, in order to provide the policy support to the developing countries. |
