摘    要:基于盐酸林可霉素对Luminol-KIO4体系化学发光有强烈的增敏作用,结合反向流动注射技术,建立了测定盐酸林可霉素的流动注射化学发光的方法;在优化的实验条件下,测定盐酸林可霉素的线性范围为1.0×10-9~7.0×10-5mol.L-1,检出限为3.4×10-9mol.L-1,对对于浓度为1.0×10-7mol.L-1的盐酸林可霉素连续测定11次,测定值的相对标准偏差为0.8%,以片剂为基体,用标准加入法检验方法的回收率,测得结果在99.6%~101.0%之间.

Abstract:A highly sensitive chemiluminesence(CL) method for the determination of Lincomycin Hydrochloride by reverse flow injection analysis was developed,based on the idea that the CL intensity of Luminol-KIO4 systems was enhanced by Lincomycin Hydrochloride.The relationship between the CL intensity and the concentration of Lincomycin Hydrochloride was in a linear range from 1.0×10-9 to 7.0×10-5 mol.L-1.The detection limit of Lincomycin Hydrochloride was 3.4×10-9 mol.L-1.Precision of the method was tested at the concent ration level of 1.0×10-7 mol.L-1 of Lincomycin Hydrochloride for 11 determinations,and the value of RSD was 0.8%.Test for recovery was made by standard addition method using tablets samples as mat rixes,and results of recovery were in the range of 99.6%~101.0%.
