| 摘 要： | 滨海休闲体育旅游是一种新兴的旅游形式，而安全是滨海休闲体育旅游的基础和前提。滨海旅游安全事故的成因主要包括自然环境层面因素、观念层面因素、制度层面因素和器物层面因素等，其中观念层面因素引发的安全事故最为普遍。
