| 摘 要： | 本文针对大气环境影响研究中，易被忽视或常常被误解的三个问题——非正常排放时的浓度预测问题、有效源高订正问题、烟囱参数设计合理性的论证问题，从理论、原理上提出了对这些问题的理解，还通过实例作了具体说明。
