| 摘 要： | 马齿苋具有延缓衰老，延长寿命的作用。用同步果蝇为材料，在培养基中添加不同浓度的马齿苋的水提物或醇水提物，进行培养，观察到了马齿苋的抗衰老效应，并找出了最佳的添加剂量。为马齿苋成为人类的保健食品提供了理论依据。因马齿苋相当易得，有可能成为保健品行业新的发展方向。

| Abstract: | Purslane can prolong life. Experimenting on Drosobhila melangastir, putting purslane extract or purslane ethanol extract with different consistencies into culture medium, we can find out antiaging functions of purslane and the most proper adding dose. Theoretical basis is provided for purslane as health food. Purslane can be got easily, therefore, it will become a new trend in health food industry. |
