| 摘 要： | 利用1999-2005年省际工业面板数据,对外资企业对中国民营企业的技术溢出效应进行实证研究.外资企业对民营企业劳动生产率的提高具有显著的正向溢出效应;经济发达程度也对技术溢出产生正面影响:技术差距则在一定程度上形成了技术溢出的"门槛效应",当中外企业技术差距大于临界值时,技术溢出效应无法发生,而在技术差距小于临界值时,技术差距越大,溢出效果越显著;人均资本小的民营企业能从外资企业的技术溢出中得到更多好处,原因在于这些小规模的民营企业更能适应市场变化,通过与外资配套加快了技术的溢出;外资参与程度越高,技术溢出效果越显著. |

| Abstract: | With the provincial panel data from 1999 to 2005,it analyzes empirically the technology spillover effect of foreign-invested enterprises on private enterprises.Foreign-invested enterprises have significant positive technology spillover effect on the labor productivity of private enterprises.The economic development degree also has significant positive effect on the technology spillovers.Technological gaps form a threshold for the technology spillovers in a way.If the gaps are bigger than the critical value,the spillovers can't occur.When the gaps are smaller,the spillovers appear.And,the biggerthe gaps,the more significant the technology spillover effect.Private enterprises with small average capital benefit more from the technology spillovers because they adapt market changes better and speed the technology spillovers through affiliation with foreign-invested enterprises.The spillover effect is more significant with higher involvement of foreign capital. |
