| 摘 要： | 区域高校社会服务能力的高低决定着其为区域社会服务的水平。要培育区域高校社会服务能力，就要按照区域社会经济结构和要求，调整学科专业结构，不断扩展社会服务领域；面向区域社会经济主战场，开展科学研究，提高社会服务的技术层次和质量；加强基地、实体和服务队伍建设；完善社会服务的政策。

| Abstract: | The high or low service abilities of regional colleges and universities decide their community service levels. To foster community service abilities in colleges and universities, colleges and universities must adjust professional structures according to the economic structures of regional community. And they should continuously expand the community service fields. They should face the main economic battlegrounds, develop the scientific research and improve the technical levels and qualities of community service; they should strengthen the construction bases, enterprises and service staff; they should also perfect the policies of community service. |
