| 摘 要： | 本文编制了中国2004年能源投入产出延长表，将投入产出技术与分式规划方法结合建立能源投入产出分式规划模型，并基于04年能源延长表使用该模型对通过产业结构调整来降低单位GDP能耗的效应进行了实际测算分析，得出相应的产业结构调整方案，并通过使用产业关联效应分析方法分析产业结构调整的实现方式，为国家进行产业结构调整来降低单位GDP能耗提供一定的参考。
