人力资源管理外包的风险及规避探析

摘    要:本文对人力资源管理外包中的主要风险进行了归纳分析,并在此基础上提出选择规范且专业性较强的服务外包商、建立业务相关各方的良好沟通协调机制、循序渐进开展外包业务、合理安排原有员工的岗位和签署周密且适当灵活的外包协议等风险防范对策。

Abstract:In this paper,the author firstly analyzes the main risks about the human resources management outsourcing.Based on the above,the author proposes the choice standard about service outsourcing business,establishes communication coordination mechanism,develops service outsourcing step by step in outsourcing,arranges reasonable position for old people,signing reasonable outsourcing agreement.
