| 摘 要： | 正在进行的普通高校的网络教育试点和中央电大的“人才培养模式改革和开放教育试点” ,都是基于计算机和网络的现代远程开放教育的新的探索。本文结合近期试点工作的实践 ,阐述远程开放教育的涵义和特点 ,分析当前远程开放教育的现状 ,同时也为探索、构建完备的远程开放教育体系提供一定的参考。

| Abstract: | The undergoing experimental unit of ordinary advanced university web education and "the reform of person with ability cultivatins mode and the experimental unit of open education"of Central Radio and TV University are the new expoloring on modern distance open education based on both computers the webs.This article focuses on the practice of recent trial work;elaborating the meaning and the characteristic of distance open edcucation,analyzing the actuality of present distance open education.As well as giving some reference for exploring and constructing a perfect distance open education system. |
