| 摘 要： | 高职院校思想政治教育的管理体系,是由纵向上的"三级"领导管理、横向上的"四线"工作管理、横纵交叉点上的"五环节"教育管理有机组成的纵横交错的网络系统.以德育为首,全程育人;以学生为中心,全员育人;以管理为保障,全面育人;突出主动性、开放性和实践性,体现职业特色.
