| 摘 要： | 针对啤酒生产中如何提高和稳定啤酒品质的问题,采用变频调速技术改造原有的生产工艺,应用PLC和变频器作为控制器构成啤酒稳定剂自动配比变频调速控制系统的核心,并设计出系统的软硬件控制电路及程序,并入整个电气控制系统进行调试运行。改造后的系统运行稳定,效果良好,为类似技改项目工程起到借鉴和参考作用。

| Abstract: | In terms of how to improve and stabilize the beer quality in the course of production,technological transformation of the original frequency control of the production process is used.application controller,PLC and inverter constitute the beer as a stabilizer control system of automatic frequency control ratio of the core,and design the system software and hardware control circuits and procedures into the electrical control system commissioning.After transformation,the system is stable,workable,which gives reference for the similar technical transformation project. |
