| 摘 要： | 弘扬以“两个务必”为核心的西柏坡精神，是中国共产党思想建设、组织建设和作风建设的需要，同时也应成为公民道德建设的重要内容。应在全体社会成员中积极倡导西柏坡精神，让西柏坡精神在公民道德建设中发挥引领、带动作用。
