| 摘 要： | 在职业教育产业性凸显以及市场化原则作用下，职教办学机构应成为“企业性单位”，其管理必然要由“事业型管理”转向“企业式经营”，并形成与其经营活动相适应的经营管理体制和经营方式。职教经营管理体制主要包括职教经济自身经营管理体系构建和职教与普教关系处理两个方面，前者分为集中型和分散型两种模式，后者分为分置隔绝型和互通立交型两种类型。职教经营方式主要有学校办企业、企业办学校、组建教育实业集团、校企合作等模式。

| Abstract: | Under the context that the industrial nature of vocational education is apparent and the function of marketing principles,vocational education providers should become"enterprise-orientation unit",and their management is necessary to transfer from "business-orientation management" to "enterprise-orientation operation".The operation and management system of vocational education mainly comprise of the construction of self-operation management system of vocational education economy and the disposal of relationship between vocational education and general education,the former include two models:centralized type and decentralized type,and the later include detached isolation type and mutual overarching type.The operation modes of vocational education mainly include:school running enterprise,enterprise running school,building educational industry group,and cooperation between school and enterprise,etc. |
