| 摘 要： | 采用文献资料法、专家访谈法、问卷调查法、实验法、数理统计法,对体院田径普修实施背向旋转推铅球技术进行了实验研究,实验结果表明：实验组在2kg和3kg铅球成绩上具有显著性差异（P〈0.05）,成绩明显优于背向滑步技术,进一步证实了体院实施这项技术的可行性和它的生物力学优越性,为体院铅球教学改革和运动员学习训练提供参考。

| Abstract: | Combined with literature,expert interviews,surveys,experiments and mathematical statistics,the essay presented an experimental study of back-facing rotational shot put in general course of track and field of Institutes of P E.The experimental results revealed that the experimental group＇s a significant difference（P〈0.05） on 2kg and 3kg shot put results,and their performance is better than back-slip technology,furthermore confirmed the feasibility of implementing this technology and its biomechanicacal advantages.This research provides reference for shot put teaching reform and learning or training of athletes in institutes of P.E. |
