| 摘 要： | 网络环境下信息资源的共建共享，是21世纪全球图书馆共同的奋斗目标。本文讨论了在网络环境下图书馆信息资源建设的必要性、如何构建网络环境下信息资源共建共享体系和文献信息资源共享模式，提出了实施信息资源共建共享必须建立一个保障系统，以及加强信息资源建设的几点措施。

This paper makes discussion on the necessity of the construction of information resources, and how to set up the system and the pattern of coconstruction and measures. sharing. Then it points out that a supporting system should be built, and brings out several measures. |
