| 摘 要： | 知识管理不同于传统的文档管理,也不等同于信息资源管理,它是信息资源管理发展的高级阶段。人们进行知识管理必须要用到知识处理技术,而人工智能技术不仅仅对知识管理的发展起到推波助澜的作用,随着时代的发展它们将更加紧密联系。
