| 摘 要： | 卢沟桥事变发生后,平津告急.作为平津地区军政首脑的宋哲元在处置这一危机时,经历了奋起反抗、坚决回击到妥协求和、谋求局部解决再到下定决心、被迫守土的曲折过程.究其原因,主要是由于其狭隘地方、集团利益的困囿,以蒋介石为首的南京政府对日方针的摇摆不定以及宋哲元对日侵略企图缺乏正确的判断造成的.

| Abstract: | After the Lugouqiao Incident occurred,the Pingjin area was in danger.Being the military administration head,Songzheyuan went through the devious course from fighting bravely,making a compromise to being compelled defends when he handled the crisis.The reasons for this are that Songzheyuan was limited by the narrow local benefit,influenced by Jiangjieshi and the Nanjing government's undecided policy to Japan and lacked the correct judgment to the aggressive attempt of Japanese. |
