| 摘 要： | 神策中尉是唐后期中央神策禁军最高军事统帅，其军职设置最突出的特征，是任职人选有严格的身份限定，即任职者必须是宦官，唐代宦官通过出任神策中尉一职典制军政，控制唐中央禁军系统，形成势力强大的宦官军事集团，唐后期出现的宦官专权以及由宦官以引发的种种政治矛盾斗争，与神策中尉这一特殊军职的设置，有着非常密切的关系。

| Abstract: | Shence Lieutenant was the top commander of the imperial guards, who should be a eunuch, in the later period of the Tang Dynasty. The eunuches controled imperial guards then. In the later period of the Tang Dynasty a series of politic struggles happened because the eunuch monopolizd the power. The Shence Lientenant, a special army position, had a close relationship to those. |
