摘    要:科技成果转化项目实施效果的优劣要从多个层次、多个视角进行考核,从经济效益、社会效益、环境效益和扩散效应四个方面对科技成果转化项目开展后评价分析,构建评价指标体系并建立基于熵值法的科技成果转化项目后评价模型,结合调查数据开展实证分析,阐述了评价模型的操作流程并验证了评价体系的科学性和可行性。

Abstract:The implementation effect of high-tech outcome's transformation project can be assessed from multi-views, this article carries out analysis on project post evaluation of high-tech outcome from four aspects such as economic benefit, social benefit, environmental benefit and diffused benefit so as to construct evaluating indexes system and evaluation model based on entropy method. The empirical analysis has been carried out after collecting relative inquisitional data, the operational procedure of evaluation model has been expounded and the evaluation system has been validated as scientific and feasible in practice.
