| 摘 要： | 高校人才培养模式是实现人才培养目标和人才规格的具有系统性的培养方式、方法和途径。民办本科高校应用性人才培养模式的改革方向和改革重点：一是必须坚持“以人为本”，二是改革要有特色，三是改革要有针对性。完善民办本科高校应用性人才培养模式应采取的措施包括：一是优化培养方案和改革课程体系，二是强化实践教学和品德培育，三是引进“双师型”教师和加强师德建设。

Constructing Applied Personnel Training Mode of Undergraduate Education in Private Colleges |

| Abstract: | A colleges＇ personnel training mode involved systematic training methods, means and ways. Private colleges had the intention of culturing applied personnel, which is the orientation of the mode reform. Applied undergraduate education mode reform should concentrate on putting people first, upholding distinctive features and pertinent. Based on the exploration of the background of applied undergraduate education,the author will try to probe into the innovation of personnel training mode by three ways： optimizing course structure, strengthen practice and moral development, and introduction of double - quality teachers and raising their professional ethics. |
