转型期高职教师心理问题的成因及调适

摘    要:由中职、中专升格转型而来的高职院校,教师群体心理现状较为严峻。文章分析了转型期高职院校教师的心理问题表现及成因,并综合有关研究成果,提出了一定的具可操作性的干预措施和矫正思路:借鉴人力资源管理理论与自我效能感理论,加强高职教师职业生涯开发管理;学校应采取有效措施,促使教师角色的转换、营造良好的外部环境、建立有效的激励机制、开展促进交流沟通的教师活动,对教师的心理问题进行调适;增强教师自身的调适水平是根本途径。
