| 摘 要： | 由中职、中专升格转型而来的高职院校，教师群体心理现状较为严峻。文章分析了转型期高职院校教师的心理问题表现及成因，并综合有关研究成果，提出了一定的具可操作性的干预措施和矫正思路：借鉴人力资源管理理论与自我效能感理论，加强高职教师职业生涯开发管理；学校应采取有效措施，促使教师角色的转换、营造良好的外部环境、建立有效的激励机制、开展促进交流沟通的教师活动，对教师的心理问题进行调适；增强教师自身的调适水平是根本途径。
