论教师道德研究中的几个问题

摘    要:在教师道德研究中,需要重视教师道德实践的研究。首先就是从教师道德理论到教师道德品质和道德行为的转变。这一转变过程包括教师个体对作为社会意识的教师道德的认可、内化和行为表现三个阶段。从第一到第二阶段是从他律到自律的过程,从第二到第三阶段是道德理想到道德行为即道德实践的过程。就教师的道德品质说,除了认知因素外,还包括着能力因素。教师品德能力最重要的是教师道德的认识能力、创造能力、评价选择能力和自我教育能力。就教师的道德行为来说,需要我们正确认识教师的道德行为和非道德行为、教师的有道德行为和不道德行为等问题。

Abstract:We should attach great importance to teachers' moral practice when we study teachers' ethic.First of all,it is the transfer from the theory to teachers' moral qualities and moral behavior,which involves three stages from the identification with the ethic as social ideology,internalization and behavior on the part of teachers.Between the first and second stages,it is a process of from being disciplined to self-discipline;and between the second and third stages,it is a process from the theory to practice.Teachers' moral qualities include cognitive factors as well as understanding,creative,evaluative and self-educating abilities.In terms of teachers' moral behaviors,we should distinguish between their moral and amoral behaviors,between moral and immoral behaviors.
