| 摘 要： | 体育彩票是社会、经济发展到一定阶段的产物，为体育事业提供了重要的资金来源．我国体育彩票的历史较短，理论与实践经验缺乏，运作存在不规范之处，因此，在强调需要按照市场规律来运作时诚信与安全的伴随是至关重要的，它是体育彩票事业发展的基础．通过凋查、查阅文献、事实论证等方法，从多角度阐述了体育彩票事业发展中诚信与安全的重要性，并提出了相应的对策与建议，以期在诚信与安全原则下促进我国体育彩票事业的良性发展．

| Abstract: | With the development of the society and economy, sports lottery provides a very important fund resource to develop sports. Because of a short theory and lack of theoretical and practical experiences, there exist some weak points in the operating process of sports lottery in our country. We hold that sports lottery should be operated according to the market rule in which reputation and safety are of primary importance. This article expounds the importance of reputation and safety in sports lottery and puts forward some relevant suggestions, which may result in a healthy development of sports lottery. |
