| 摘 要： | 通过对改革开放30年我国区域创新系统各阶段的特征描述及分析,得出作用于区域创新系统的两个关键因素--市场和政府,它们正是共同推动区域创新系统不断走向完善的两种动力.总结了我国区域创新系统演化过程中的经验,并对进一步完善我国区域创新系统提出了启示.

| Abstract: | In this article,we educe two crucial factors which react on regional innovation system by describing and analyzing every phase of evolutionary characteristics of Chinese regional innovation system since the 30-year of reform and opening-up. The two factors are market and government. They are the very two dynamics which brings regional innovation system to perfection. In the end,we sum up the experience of regional innovation system evolutionary process,and put forward some useful enlightenment to make a further improvement of Chinese regional innovation system. |
