| 摘 要： | 我国农村社区股份合作制经济,对农村经济发展和农民收入增加发挥了极为重要的作用。股份合作制经济是在社会主义市场经济中以合作为基础,实行劳动合作与资本合作相结合的一种新型的企业组织形式和财产组织形式,股份合作制是股份制和合作制的总和。本文就农村社区股份合作制经济的基本内涵、特点、意义、发展对策及如何进一步完善进行了分析和论述。

| Abstract: | Stock cooperation economy at the Countryside community is playing the extremely important role for the development of rural economy and the increase of farmers` income in our country. The stock cooperation economy is base on cooperation in socialist market economy, is a kind of new enterprise property and organization form which the work and the capital cooperation unify, the stock cooperation system combine stock system with the cooperation system. This article has carried on analysis and elaboration what is the basic connotation, characteristic, significance and development countermeasure of countryside community stock cooperation economy and how to reach perfection further. |
