摘    要:五步拳短小精悍,连贯紧凑,难度适中,简单易学,是学习和掌握武术套路的入门练习。教学时采用完整教学和分解教学相结合的方法,能使学生更好地掌握五步拳的套路动作。在进行练习时应采用多种多样的方法,以避免练习形式单一所带来的抑制情绪,提高教学效果。

Abstract:Five-Step Routine is small, coherent, moderate in difficultness, easy to learn, and is the primary practice of learning Wushu routines. In teaching it, the teaching methods of integration and division can be combined to help students to master the routine. When practicing, various methods can be adopted to improve the practicing effect.
