| 摘 要： | 五步拳短小精悍,连贯紧凑,难度适中,简单易学,是学习和掌握武术套路的入门练习。教学时采用完整教学和分解教学相结合的方法,能使学生更好地掌握五步拳的套路动作。在进行练习时应采用多种多样的方法,以避免练习形式单一所带来的抑制情绪,提高教学效果。
