| 摘 要： | 随着社会管理实践的发展,社会管理主体走向多元化。多元主体由政府、市场、非政府组织三大主体构成,各主体在社会管理中各司其职:政府主要致力于宏观调控和管理,市场主要致力于发展经济,非政府组织致力于社会公共事务的管理。三者互相协调有序的发展必将迎来社会善治。

| Abstract: | With the development of the practice of social management,the management body veer round to pluralistic.The pluralistic bodies are composed of government,markets,NGOs,and all bodies play the important roles in the social development: government mainly controls and governs the society in macroscopical aspects;markets mainly take up with the development of the economy;the NGOs mainly apply themselves to the government of social common affairs.And with the harmonious and melodic development of the ternate bodies,the good governance will be coming. |
