| 摘 要： | 保险告知义务制度是保险中一项重要法律制度。随着社会的发展变化以及保险法理论的发展，保险告知义务制度确立的理论依据、告知范围、告知义务的履行方式、保险告知义务违反之构成要件、保险告知义务违反时的法律后果以及保险告知义务制度的立法取向等方面均发生了重大变化。
