| 摘 要： | 检察机关司法鉴定存在具有合理性。然而,检察机关司法鉴定尚存在不少障碍性问题,影响司法鉴定的权威和公信力。因此必须确保检察机关司法鉴定机构的中立,鉴定程序公开,整合鉴定机构,加强鉴定人队伍建设,理顺检察机关司法鉴定工作机制,加大对检察机关司法鉴定机构的投入。
