对学生体育健身方案的研究

摘    要:学生体育健身方案,是学生在老师的指导下,以体育锻炼原理、原则与方法为指导,经过较长时间的实践与摸索,逐渐形成了一套适合自己的、比较科学实用且能持之以恒的健身方案。学生实施体育健身方案,实际上是学生长期接受系统体育教育与进行体育锻炼实践的具体成果,也是学生体育综合能力的具体体现。因此,把实施学生体育健身方案列为整个学校体育教育目标之一,这不论在理论上,还是在实践上都是很有意义的。是值得再进一步深入探讨的重要问题。如果说这个观点能够确立,则很可能会对学校体育教学大纲的制订与修改,以至于对学校体育的发展产生较大的影响。

Research on Sports Body-building Scheme for Students
Abstract:The sports body-building scheme for students is a scientific, practical and persevere scheme, suitable for students' own, which has been formed gradually by groping and practicing for a rather long period of time under the guidance of teachers and taking physical training theories, principles and methods as its guide. In fact, to carry out the sports body-building scheme in students is the concrete results of the students to receive systemic physical education and to take part in physical training, that is the concrete expression of the students' comprehensive physical performance. Therefore, to enter the sports body-building scheme for students in the list of the aims of physical education of the whole school is of much significance, not only in terms of theory but also in practice. It is an important problem, worth to be discussed further. If this point of view can be confirmed, it will be possible to greatly influence the working out and revising of the physical education program of the school, even to influence the development of school physical education.
